GRAND PRAIRIE, TX—NOVEMBER 9, 2019—Trump My Record, probably the most consistent 2-year-old in the nation, got his third graded stakes win on Saturday night when he defeated Dash For Cash Futurity(G1) winner Chilitos by half-a-length in the Grade 1 $904,631 Texas Classic Futurity at Lone Star Park.

The fifth trial of the card produced the fastest qualifier when Trump My Record returned to the winner’s circle with an impressive gate-to-wire victory under rider Eddie Sanchez, covering 330 yards in :16.566 seconds. Hotsempting, a Texas-bred graduate of the Ruidoso Yearling Sale, is owned by Miguel Gallegos and Mauricio Gallegos and is trained by Sergio Ibarra. Today, jockey Esgar Ramirez rode Hotsempting to a dominant win over the rest of the field.
